WHAT WILL I, AS A FRANCHISEE, GET FROM YUUZOO'S FRANCHISE PROGRAM, AND WHAT WILL IT COST ME?

YuuZoo grows its international business through a franchise program. YuuZoo provides the local franchise partner with a complete technology, content, advertising and payment package, enabling the local partner to immediately launch a business that for the partner can generate huge revenues and profits.

The local partner gets online access to the massive content catalogue YuuZoo has. He is provided with a storefront which he can manage remotely, designed to his specifications by the YuuZoo design team, as well as an on-device portal and a WAP deck promoting the content on the consumers mobile

The only two parts left for the local partner is to add desired local content to the global content provided by YuuZoo, in order to offer the local market the correct mix of global and local mobile content, and to provide the local product marketing.

Building the storefront, the backend, the ODP, the carrier connectivity, the content agreements, the content uploading system, the content delivery system and all the associated parts could easily cost you 2-3 million US$ and take 18-24 months to complete. With the YuuZoo Franchise Program, the local franchisee pays only a small fraction of this, and can start to make money immediately.

As a franchisee, you pay an upfront licence fee. The size of the licence fee depends on the size of the market you operate in, but generally is around 50,000 USD per channel. You and YuuZoo agree on your minimum annual marketing commitment. The net revenues from the operations are shared between you and YuuZoo, with you keeping on average 2/3 of the revenues.

Custom-Built Storefront / Channels

All channels have a base design, which can be previewed under the products and services section. The design includes boxes for content as well as advertising.

Each franchisee can have the channel "storefront" redesigned according to the franchisees local preferences, done by the YuuZoo design team as part of the package.

All channels will have content specifically chosen for the intended target group.

All channels will have their own social network, where those subscribing to the channel can interact with each others in a focused, channel-specific environment. This means that the subscriber always knows that all network members are of the same age-or interest group.

This provides for a much stickier environment than general social networks, and creates a much more dynamic environment where user participation will be much higher and more intense. It also provides for much better advertising opportunities, as advertisers will be ensured of a very targeted audience.
