PAYMENT TERMS
Purchase of Products and/or Services sold on or through YuuZoo including those available in the YuuZoo Targeted Networks using 'real world' money shall be covered under these Payment Terms. YuuZoo with its billing and payment service provider YuuPay strives to make Your purchase transactions easy and convenient.
YuuZoo reserves the right to modify, change, update, review, supplement or reissue these Terms from time to time. We will give You notice of a change by posting the revised document on the home page of the Sites or on the relevant mobile or Web page of the applicable service. Such notices will be considered given and effective on the date posted. The modified version will become binding on You the next time You use the Sites or Services or thirty (30) days thereafter, whichever is first, and We are not required to give You further notice in order for You to continue using YuuZoo and Our Services. When posted, those Terms supersede all previously agreed Payment Terms.
YuuZoo may revise the pricing for its goods and services any time. All purchase transactions made by You be it payable in a One-Time Payment Fee, Subscription Fee and/or ZooCash commence by Your making a specific order and confirming Your purchase transaction which includes Your reaffirmation of the YuuZoo Terms and Conditions and approval of these Payment Terms.
When you place an order to purchase products and/or service/s/ with YuuZoo, You will be required to confirm the specifications and details of the items You have ordered. You are required to check the correctness of the details. Once the transaction is successful, you may maintain a copy of the confirmed success transaction page for your records. You agree that YuuZoo will also maintain a record of Your transactions which will be used should there be any questions of inconsistencies in the purchases made by You.
All purchases and sales in YuuZoo are final. Consequently, if You are not certain You want to obtain and pay for a particular product and/or service with Us, do not begin a purchase transaction.
Purchase of YuuZoo's virtual money ZooCash which will be used in purchasing individual paid content downloads, themes, virtual gifts, virtual items and other services for personal use or as gift to other YuuZoo Users, including membership for Paid Premium Networks within YuuZoo Targeted Networks shall also be covered in this Payment Terms.
You agree and confirm that Your purchase of ZooCash, and content downloads, themes, virtual gifts, and other virtual items does not grant You the right of ownership thereof. Your right only pertains to the limited right to use them.
Purchases of ZooCash are non-refundable and non-redeemable for any sum of money from YuuZoo.
YuuZoo does not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any products or services sold on or through YuuZoo.
In paying Your ordered products and/or service/s/, You may use credit cards or debit cards. You agree that the total amount payable by You shall cover the purchase price and may include taxes, fees, and shipping costs, when applicable. The currency used in YuuZoo is US Dollars.
Upon Your confirmation of Your purchase, You agree to allow Us through Our billing and payment service provider YuuPay to use the payment card or debit card You submitted. You also agree and authorize YuuPay to collect and store the credit or debit card information, along with other related transaction information. YuuPay keeps records of transactions in order to deal with any subsequent queries You will have with YuuZoo. When making payment for the confirmed purchase transaction, You agree and authorize that the full amount of the purchase price shall be charged and credited to either Your submitted credit card or debit card.
By paying in credit or debit card, We have the right to obtain a pre-approval from the bank issuer of the card for the total payable amount of the confirmed purchase. Billing on Your designated credit or debit card shall be done either at the time of purchase or immediately thereafter. Cancellation of a purchase transaction before its completion may result in the pre-approval result in your funds not otherwise being immediately available. Should any overdraft or other fee result and be imposed from Your bank in relation to Your payment with Your confirmed purchase with YuuZoo using the credit or debit card, said fee shall be solely borne by You.
Provisions on ZooCash under the YuuZoo Terms and Conditions shall have full application in the Payment Terms.
YuuZoo reserves the right to make the necessary inquiries, either directly or through third parties, concerning Your identity and creditworthiness. If YuuZoo is in the belief that the transaction violates these Payment Terms or the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, YuuZoo reserves the right to cancel the transaction to prevent financial loss.
In addition to the rights of YuuZoo under the Terms and Conditions, YuuZoo at its sole discretion and for purposes of preventing financial loss, may place a delay on a payment for a period of time, set limitation as to the use of designated credit or debit card in payment of Your confirmed purchase transaction. For the same purpose, YuuZoo may also contact your payment source issuer, law enforcement, or impacted third parties (including other users) and share details of any payments you are associated with.
YuuZoo may cancel any ZooCash You transferred, assigned, or sold to other Users if so doing constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions and these Payment Terms.
You are solely responsible to immediately inform Us by sending an email to help@yuuzoo.com if You believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You waive all claims against YuuZoo related to payments unless you submit the claim to YuuZoo within 30 days after the charge in Your credit or debit card.
You agree to answer any and all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by YuuZoo (including costs and related expenses) caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted.
If upon payment, there is a technical failure or interruption of service and your transaction was left uncompleted, Your only available remedy is to request from Us that Your transaction should be completed at a later time.
Our obligation to you in relation to Your purchase ends when We deliver You the product and/or service that you purchased.
When You make a purchase of third party products and/or service/s/ within YuuZoo, this shall be purchased and/or obtained directly from such third party. You acknowledge and agree that YuuZoo shall not be a party to, or in any way be held responsible for, any transaction concerning products or services made available from such third parties or for any content or information presented in connection with any products or services of third parties.
Third parties are required to enter into a Merchant Agreement with YuuPay before they can offer and sell products and/or services to the Users of YuuZoo. Accordingly, guidelines, terms, or rules may be set forth by third party merchants in relation to the purchase and/or use of third party products and/or services, provided these shall not in any way run counter with the Merchant Agreement, YuuZoo Terms and Conditions and the YuuZoo Purchase and Payment Terms. Users agree to comply and be bound by such third party guidelines, terms or rules on the purchase and/or use of third party products and services.
If you enter into a purchase transaction with a third party and have a dispute over the goods or services you purchased, YuuZoo shall have no liability for such goods or services. YuuZoo's only involvement with regard to such transaction is its provision of billing and payment service agent YuuPay.
Provisions on Intellectual Property Rights and all and all other rights and interest of YuuZoo as provided in the Terms and Conditions shall apply and You agree to respect the applicability of the said provisions.
We may intervene in disputes between users concerning payments but have no obligation to do so.
Users below 18 years old may make payments only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. These Payment Terms together with the Terms and Conditions must be read carefully.
Nothing in these Payments Terms should be read to override or circumvent any laws and rules promulgated by competent jurisdiction.

YuuPay keeps records of transactions in order to deal with any subsequent queries You will have with YuuZoo. When making payment for the confirmed purchase transaction, You agree and authorize that the full amount of the purchase price shall be charged and credited to either Your submitted credit card or debit card.
By paying in credit or debit card, We have the right to obtain a pre-approval from the bank issuer of the card for the total payable amount of the confirmed purchase. Billing on Your designated credit or debit card shall be done either at the time of purchase or immediately thereafter. Cancellation of a purchase transaction before its completion may result in the pre-approval result in your funds not otherwise being immediately available. Should any overdraft or other fee result and be imposed from Your bank in relation to Your payment with Your confirmed purchase with YuuZoo using the credit or debit card, said fee shall be solely borne by You.
Provisions on ZooCash under the YuuZoo Terms and Conditions shall have full application in the Payment Terms.
YuuZoo reserves the right to make the necessary inquiries, either directly or through third parties, concerning Your identity and creditworthiness. If YuuZoo is in the belief that the transaction violates these Payment Terms or the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, YuuZoo reserves the right to cancel the transaction to prevent financial loss.
In addition to the rights of YuuZoo under the Terms and Conditions, YuuZoo at its sole discretion and for purposes of preventing financial loss, may place a delay on a payment for a period of time, set limitation as to the use of designated credit or debit card in payment of Your confirmed purchase transaction. For the same purpose, YuuZoo may also contact your payment source issuer, law enforcement, or impacted third parties (including other users) and share details of any payments you are associated with.
YuuZoo may cancel any ZooCash You transferred, assigned, or sold to other Users if so doing constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions and these Payment Terms.
You are solely responsible to immediately inform Us by sending an email to help@yuuzoo.com if You believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account.

When You make a purchase of third party products and/or service/s/ within YuuZoo, this shall be purchased and/or obtained directly from such third party. You acknowledge and agree that YuuZoo shall not be a party to, or in any way be held responsible for, any transaction concerning products or services made available from such third parties or for any content or information presented in connection with any products or services of third parties.
Third parties are required to enter into a Merchant Agreement with YuuPay before they can offer and sell products and/or services to the Users of YuuZoo. Accordingly, guidelines, terms, or rules may be set forth by third party merchants in relation to the purchase and/or use of third party products and/or services, provided these shall not in any way run counter with the Merchant Agreement, YuuZoo Terms and Conditions and the YuuZoo Purchase and Payment Terms. Users agree to comply and be bound by such third party guidelines, terms or rules on the purchase and/or use of third party products and services.
If you enter into a purchase transaction with a third party and have a dispute over the goods or services you purchased, YuuZoo shall have no liability for such goods or services. YuuZoo's only involvement with regard to such transaction is its provision of billing and payment service agent YuuPay.
Provisions on Intellectual Property Rights and all and all other rights and interest of YuuZoo as provided in the Terms and Conditions shall apply and You agree to respect the applicability of the said provisions.
