At YuuZoo ("YuuZoo", "We", "Us" or "Our") We take Our Customers'/Users'/Members' ("You", "Your") privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines and governs Our respective legal rights pertaining to the collection, use, protection, transfer and disclosure of Your Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, email, location, gender, birth date, mobile number, collectively "PII") and Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII") voluntarily submitted to Us when visiting, accessing and/or using YuuZoo.
YuuZoo is developed, owned and maintained by YuuZoo Pte Ltd ("YuuZoo"). This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by YuuZoo, including any YuuZoo-branded URL, YuuZoo application developer services and other features, mobile services, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by YuuZoo (collectively, the "YuuZoo Services").
YuuZoo reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in compliance with new laws relative to the industry and in line with the company service improvement and initiatives. The modified version shall be posted on http://www.yuuzoo.com. Your continued use of the YuuZoo Services after posting the revised Privacy Policy indicates Your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage You therefore to regularly review this Privacy Policy to be informed as to any changes.
The YuuZoo Target Network does not knowingly collect PII from children under 13 years of age.

This Privacy Policy forms part of Our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and/or other agreements between You and YuuZoo. Please refer to said Terms and Conditions regarding Your rights and obligations with respect to Your use of YuuZoo Services and Site. All terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in Our Terms and Conditions. Any terms in the Terms and Conditions that conflict with terms provided for herein, shall supersede the terms provided herein.

Collection of PII and Non-PII
When You sign up with YuuZoo you voluntarily provide Us with your name, email, location, gender, birth date, mobile number and interests. You will also be able to upload a photo and choose Your relationship status. In some cases, We may ask for additional information for security reasons or to efficiently provide specific services to You such as when You choose to take part and be furnished with products, services, newsletters, or other information from Us.
Once you register you may at your own discretion provide other information about yourself by connecting with, for example, networks, activities, interests and places. One of the primary reasons people use YuuZoo is to discuss their favorite topics and interests and share content and events with friends.
YuuZoo Members can change or remove their registration information and profile information at any time and can control how Visitors and other Members communicate with them by controlling their account settings, available within the "Edit My Settings" portion of their YuuZoo member account. The information will be updated immediately.
YuuZoo has made available some tools for Users/Customers/Members to import or upload friends email addresses in order to connect with friends on YuuZoo, or to enable You to invite Your contacts via Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc who do not have a YuuZoo account yet. In so doing, You need to provide Us with your email address and password to login to these services. After inviting friends, Your password will NOT be stored on YuuZoo.
YuuZoo collects non-PII including but not limited to IP address and location, aggregate user data, phone type and browser type, to enable Us to manage and improve Our Services. We also keep track of Your YuuZoo usage, such as adding connections, uploading of photos, sending virtual gifts, as well as Your participation in YuuZoo Services using our data capture polls.
Any personal information or content You voluntarily disclose on publicly available discussion boards, in messages, forums, web logs, chat areas, in classifieds, or public profile pages, etc. shall be considered Non-PII submitted to the general public and can in turn be used by any person or entity viewing such information to send you unsolicited communications.
When collecting and/or disclosing sensitive or potentially sensitive information (e.g. credit card details), We make sure that We will ask for Your express consent. We will not store any of Your payment details such as credit card number when You purchase ZooCash.
When collecting information for secondary purposes such as marketing, administering a customer loyalty program or customer relationship management, we make sure that we give the Customer/User/Member an opportunity ("Opt-out") to decide whether they would want their information to be used for such purposes. The "Opt-out" is presented in a manner that is clear, easy to understand and easy for the customer/user to do. An "Opt-out" box is provided and the corresponding action of not ticking the box would serve as an affirmation that the customer would want to receive promotional materials.
Our use of Your Information
YuuZoo will only use the PII You provide under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Our use of Your information is intended to provide a safe, efficient and customized experience with YuuZoo. We collect the information to measure and improve Our services and features, and to provide You with customer support. We use the information to prevent potentially illegal activities. We also use Your information to detect and prevent possible spam that might cause temporarily suspension or termination of some user's accounts.
We don't provide Your personal information to advertisers without Your consent. We only allow advertisers to choose the characteristics of users who will see their advertisements and we may use any of the non-personally identifiable information We collect to select the appropriate audience for Our advertisers. We may use the information You share with Your friends to pair the advertisers with You to make the advertisement more appealing to You and Your friends.

YuuZoo uses cookies (small pieces of data we store for extended periods of time on your computer, mobile or other device) to identify your Internet browser, store Users' preferences, and determine whether you have installed the enabling software required to access certain material on YuuZoo. Data in cookies may be read to authenticate user sessions or provide services. This is primarily intended to make YuuZoo easier to use, to make our advertising better and to protect both you and us. YuuZoo Customers/Users/Members can program their computer, mobile or other device to warn them each time a cookie is being sent, block third party cookies or block all cookies. However, by blocking all cookies You may not have access to certain features on YuuZoo Services.
Third party advertisements displayed on YuuZoo Services may also contain cookies set by Internet advertising companies or advertisers. YuuZoo does not control these third party cookies. It would be helpful for Customers/Users/Members to check the applicable privacy policy of the third party or advertiser site.
Information Sharing
YuuZoo will make it easier for users to find friends and family. For this reason, Your name and profile picture do not have privacy settings.
Some of the content You share and the actions You take will show up on friends Latest News and other pages they visit. You understand that information might be re-shared by Your friends.
When You Shout Out (post messages) on other users' My Page (Your personal profile page), it will be subject to their Settings.
YuuZoo through its Moderators may delete at its own discretion any information posted on My Page, My NoteBoard (notes users leave for everyone) and anywhere on the site that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, illegal, obscene or pornographic.
Employee access to User Information
There are no employees in YuuZoo who will see and process information unnecessarily.
Storage and Protection of Information
YuuZoo does not keep any information in paper files. Should future activities require paper filing, We will ensure that We will take all measure possible in order to safely store customer/user information.
We keep your account information on a secured server behind firewalls. When you enter sensitive information such as credit card details we will encrypt the information using SSL, and after the transaction we will NOT store your details. We also use automated systems to enhance security and to monitor inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, illegal and/or obscene behavior.
Disclosure of Information
In compliance with the relevant applicable data protection laws and subject to exceptions, any personal details provided to Us will not be disclosed to third parties without the User's consent.
Should YuuZoo be required by authorized third parties or regulatory or governmental agencies investigating illegal activities to provide information concerning Users' activities whilst using the YuuZoo Services, We shall do so.
YuuZoo will also disclose Users' personal data if We are compelled to do so by law or judicial order.
YuuZoo reserves the right to notify or provide such information to the relevant authority if, in its sole opinion, YuuZoo believes an emergency, illegal activity or some other reasonable basis exists for doing so.
A Customer/User/Member upon request may obtain a copy of the personal data that We hold on them. As soon as we are satisfied as to the identity of the Customer/User/Member who requested for information, We will send to You, within 40 days, a copy of all the data that is held about You. You may contact Us in the same way if You have any reason to believe that the data We hold on You is inaccurate or if You wish Us to cease processing data for any particular purpose or purposes.
Deactivation
If You want to deactivate or delete Your account You can do so by sending an email to help@yuuzoo.com. Upon severance of your relation with YuuZoo by deactivating or deleting your account, We immediately delete all the information You submitted to us.
